Belief Statement

We believe the Bible is inspired, infallible, and the authoritative Word of God. (John 16:13; 2 Timothy 3:15–17; 1 Thessalonians 2:13).

We believe there is one God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10–11; Luke 3:22; John 14:16)

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. (John. 1:1; Philipians 2:6–11; Isaiah 9:6)

Born from a virgin. (Matthew 1:18; Luke 1:34–35; Isaiah 7:14)

Lived a sinless life. (2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15; 1 John 3:5; 1 Peter 2:22)
Performed miracles. (Matthew 4:23; Luke 6:17–19; John 3:2)
His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood. (Colossians 1:14; Romans 5:8–9)
His bodily resurrection. (1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Luke 24:36–48)
His ascension to the right hand of the Father. (Acts 2:33, 5:30–31; 1 Peter 3:22)
His personal return in power and glory. (Acts 1:11; Philipians 2:9–11; 1 Thessalonians 1:10, 4:13–18; John 14:1–3)

We believe that justification by faith alone and repentance is necessary for the salvation of a sinful man. (Romans 3:24–25; John 3:3–7; 1 John 5:11–13; Ephesians 2:1–16; Revelation 5:9; Acts 4:12; 1 Corinthians 6:11)

We believe baptism in the Holy Spirit is an experience distinct from regeneration and not required for salvation. (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4–8, 2:1–4, 10:44–46; 1 Corinthians 12:1–31, 14:1–4) It can be evidenced by any miraculous spiritual gift, including but not limited to speaking in tongues. (1 Corinthians 12:10, 30)

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. Spiritual unity is not exclusive to certain denominations or traditions. (John 17:11, 17: 21–23; Romans 12:4–5; Ephesians 4:11–16)

We believe in the ordinances of communion and baptism in water by full immersion after being born again in Christ Jesus. (Matthew 28:19, 26:26-28; Luke 3:21; Acts 2:38)

We believe all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians are available and operational in the body of Christ today. (1 Corinthians 12:4-12)

We believe redemptive healing is accessible for the spirit, soul, and body in the atonement of Jesus Christ. (Psalms 147:3; James 5:16; 1 Peter 2:24; 3 John 1:2)

We believe in orderly worship, as exemplified by the Apostle Paul. (1 Corinthains 14:20-40)

We believe in the practice of miraculous gifts of the Spirit. We believe the gifts should be taught and practiced according to scripture to edify, love, and build up others. (1 Corinthains 14:1)

We are passionate about worship through music, arts, gifts, finances, and prayer. (1 Chronicles 16:23-31; Jeremiah 20:13; Psalms 99:1-9; Romans 12:1-2; Hebrews 12:28-29)

We are committed to discipleship and instructing others on how to teach one another in the examples of Christ Jesus. (2 Timothy 2:1-2)
